Well
i got my first computer in the summer of 2000, at first,
i just used it to surf the net and to play WinMine (so
silly i was), until 1 year later, i built my first homepage
with clip art and the site building tool of Geocities,
the name is something like "homepage of Cynthia",
just a bad and childish looking homepage (sort of using
purple velvet as background image). a couple of months
later, i built another website with my friend, which is
hosted by Geocities and built with the Geo building tool
again, this site looked better than the first one, but
still looked horrible...
And approx. 5 months ago (Jan 02), i've had a Dreamweaver
lesson in school (i didn't know what Dreamweaver is before),
and started to build a new site w/t DW, it was named "Homepage
of CYN", it was my first attempt to DW, and also
first attempt to create my own graphics, still, it looked
bad... (what do you expected? it's my first try!). After
this site, i've been being addicted with webpage design,
the first site that can get me satisfied was "CoolWater",
the entire site is in pale blue, i still think it looked
cool, i've removed it anyway, since the background of
that site was actually ripped from a WinAMP skin. So far,
i've created 6 sites (excluding the first 2 crappy homepage,
and including the version 1 of Purple-Obsession). I was
always told Purple-Obsession looks too dark and too many
purple, well darkness and purple are always my favs, so
i'd like not to get the site bright and completely remove
purple, anyway, i've brightened it a bit (still dark)
and removed the purple text ( i know, i know, purple text
can get you blind). I tried (and i'm still trying) my
best to get it looks better and better. Hope you like
